The St Catherine of Siena Multi Academy Company has an overall Academy Board of Directors and each of the member institutions also has an individual Academy Committee. Each Director and Committee member is vetted by the Trustees of the Archdiocese of Birmingham.
The primary responsibility of the Academy Board of Directors is to provide The Strategic Framework:
Monitor & Evaluate
Review Overall Effectiveness
While the primary responsibility of the Academy Committees is to oversee Daily Operational Matters:
Implementation of policy
Culture & Traditions
Parents - primary educators
Church, priest, parish
Relationships with other schools & partners
Feedback & evidence of impact
Evaluation of effectiveness of strategic framework
